13.  Conclusion

This user guide shows the most common features of MorphoJ to perform Geometric Morphometrics in taxonomic and phylogenetic research. It does not include every analysis that can be done with this very powerful program. We provided only basic information on the proper use of these anayses, and you should seek out more information on statistical analyses.
