The Learning Community Activities Board

Founded by former Learning Community students, LCAB plans and organizes events for the current Learning Community students. From study sessions to tailgates, this group of students works to create an easy transition to college for students involved in the LC program.

These programs are completely optional for Learning Community students and are free! Many of the events are open to Learning Community professors as well.

LCAB is also a great way for students to remain involved with the Learning Community program after their freshman year. Members of LCAB are Peer Instructors (more information about Peer Instructors) and encourage success for Learning Community students.
