Laboratory Technicians

Undergraduate and high school workers are trained in as many areas as possible so that they may assist in multiple areas of research such as pathology, entomology, histology, molecular genetics, and chemical ecology just to name a few.  Laboratory workers assigned to the Forest Health Dynamics Laboratory work between their classes to assist with many laboratory, greenhouse and field duties, as well as, assisting graduate students and post-doctoral staff that work in the Lab.

Seth Hunt

Fern Graves

Brandon Withers

Laboratory Technician

BS in Biology 2009 UAB and now a Med Student   

Brandon works on the Timber Dog project in conjunction with the Forest Health Cooperative and School of Veterinary Medicine
