Koc University, Istanbul, Turkey (2005-2016):

Introduced MyStatLab for adaptive, personalized homework delivery in Math 201.
Designed and launched Math 211 (Statistics for Sciences) to support interdisciplinary learning.
Integrated real-world modeling in Differential Equations (Math 204).
Led undergraduate mathematics curriculum reform:
- Streamlined core curriculum and added elective flexibility
- Proposed Pure vs. Applied Math tracks
- Enabled interdisciplinary double majors and improved retention of high-performing students
Contributed to planning a cross-disciplinary Research Center for Applied Mathematics (math, engineering, and economics).
Proposed a unified three-semester sequence for Calculus and Linear Algebra to enhance conceptual progression.
