Database Naming

Table Ownership

The organizational databases have a different table owner depending on whether it is test or production as follows:

System	Owner
Test	AUP51
Production	AUP52

Database Names

There are a total of 5 tables that comprise the organizational database. These are:

Description	Name
Division Table	ORG_DIV
College Table	ORG_COL
School Table	ORG_SCHL
Department Table	ORG_DEPT
Sub-Department Table	ORG_SUBDEPT

Table Views

In addition to the tables listed above, all of the tables (except the Division and College Tables) have a view associated with them. The views are identical to the table except that the each view includes the division, college, school and/or department associated with it. Each table has the next higher organizational level as part of its structure. The views will chain upwards and pull in all associated organizational codes up through the division codes. The view names are:
