Overview/Request Tracking Review
The RTR Application
The RTR application is available to IT personnel to review
requests not marked as completed (or withdrawn). Requests will be
displayed one at a time. Each request may have certain limited fields
updated, all representing status information. Extended descriptions may
be viewed but not modified. As with most AIMS applications,
PF1 or PF13 must be pressed to update
an application.
Only requests assigned to the individual using RTR are
displayed. If the person has a value of 5 for the
PTU ACD, all outstanding requests will be displayed.
This application is only available to persons with a value of
3 or above for the PTU ACD.
