Migration Authorizations/Manual Approval

For those requests requiring manual approval, approval can be given by using the migration approval panel. The approval panel actually permits 4 different functions as follows:

Migration Approval
Revocation of Approval
Migration Request Cancellation
Migration Request Inquiry

Different access restrictions apply for the functions.

When the approval function is first displayed, a selection panel is shown. It shows all migrations that have not yet been either completed or cancelled. All functions take place on this selection panel. Functions are performed by entering the appropriate function code to the left of the request selected. Valid function codes are:

A - Approve Request
D - Cancel (Delete) Request
S - Show (Display) Request
U - Unapprove (Revoke Approval for) Request
