Migration Mechanics/Cleanup

Several processes take place after a migration has been completed. The members are deleted from the staging library. Backups are taken. Documentation is purged from the test migration system. However, since members are moved from the staging library, nothing is done with the members in the original test libraries. If members migrated are no longer needed in the test libraries, they should be deleted.
