CICS Customization

The customization of the CICS environment is handled by the Systems Group. Generally, there are several areas that must be handled, including:

DCT - Destination Control Table
FCT - File Control Table
PCT - Program Transaction Table
PPT - Program Control Table
TCT - Terminal Control Table
--- - Web and Voice Setup

The CICS Customization chapter in the SCT Installation Guide contains the instructions for CICS customization. The appropriate tables and/or the entire chapter should be forwarded to the person in the Systems Group responsible for CICS maintenance.
