AU Components
All except for Housing, which is done through a PC-based system
in housing.
All these systems will use the AUP07 job code.
Core
- Common data storage for all systems (names, addresses, etc.)

Financial Aid
- Replaces current FAM system (upgrade)
- Driven by federal regulations
- Upgrade includes support for direct federal loans
- Interfaces with BRS, Records & Registration and Admissions

Voice System
- Uses EPOS voice technology
- Does not use "screen scraping" technology
- Maintains the use of student PIN numbers
- Interfaces with BRS, Records & Registration, Admissions
and FAM
Web System
- Uses a separate server
- Interfaces with CICS for information through "Touchnet"
- Does not use the traditional "system" approach, but rather
has modules for Faculty & Advisor and Student, which may
cross traditional data processing boundaries
