Problem:

Restate the problem that you explored.

Discussion:

This should include a description of your findings from the investigation, presented in a narrative format. This should go beyond simply answering the questions to presenting what you have learned from the investigation, demonstrating the mathematical insights you have gained as you explored the questions posed.

There is not a prescribed length for this section, but it should be readable by and understandable to other mathematics teachers.

Implications for Instruction:

Include several paragraphs about how you might take what you have learned from the investigation and apply it to your classroom. What might students learn from this investigation? With whom might you use it? How might you set up the activity?
