The FBI has issued a warrant for the arrest of a man described as "John Doe #2." John Doe #1 has been identified as Timothy McVeigh and is in custody. A reward of up to $2 million has been offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the persons responsible for the May 19 bombing of the Oklahoma City federal building. Doe #2 may be armed and should be considered extremely dangerous.
