The Child Rearing Inventory (CRI) was developed by Elizabeth Brestan to measure parental tolerance for child misbehavior. Preliminary reliability and validty data have been published by Brestan, Eyberg, Algina, Johnson, & Boggs (2004) and ongoing evaluation of this measure is being conducted by our reserach team.

Annoying Behavior Inventory

The Annoying Behavior Inventory (ABI) was developed by Elizabeth Brestan to provide an additional measure parental tolerance for child misbehavior. Preliminary reliability and validty data are promising and onging evaluation of this measure is being conducted by our research team.

The Readiness, Efficacy, Attributions, Defensiveness, & Importance Scale (READI) was developed by Elizabeth Brestan, Steve Ondersma, and Sharon Mullins to assess parents' motivation for change via behavioral parent training.
