About Me

I’m a PhD Applied Economics student at Auburn University and a research assistant to Dr. Wendiam Sawadgo. My current projects use (i) discrete choice to study coastal residents’ preferences for resilient, nature‑based transport infrastructure and (ii) applied econometric tools for crop insurance decisions and risk choices.

My earlier work spans household demand and energy poverty, environmental and resource economics, and project evaluation on geospatial data infrastructure, climate and disaster risk integration.

Prior to coming to Auburn, I spent over seven years at the University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB) as a Teaching Associate and Assistant Professor. I earned my M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Economics (Natural Resource and Environmental Economics) at UPLB.

Outside work, I enjoy taking photos of streets and parks with my husband. I also like morning walks, sunlight, mountain hiking, and home‑brewed coffee.
