Students

Currently (September 2004), I have three students working with me on research at Auburn . These individuals are Danny Burgess, David Everett, and Jared Keeley. Each of them is working on a unique project. Danny's thesis was a vignette study focusing on the GAF as a measurement instrument to investigate racial bias in diagnosis. David's thesis uses a methodology from scientometrics to compare the literatures on antisocial personality disorder vs. psychopathy. Jared's thesis is statistical analysis of how clinicians sort mental disorder categories. His goal is to investigate how similar clinicians' views of these categories are to the hierarchical arrangement contained in the DSM-IV.

My other students at Auburn have been Jennifer Bundrick, Julie Clow, John Davison, Elizabeth Flanagan, and Michele Godwin. These five individuals were all excellent students and have become solid professionals. I am very proud of them.
