NSF: Travel and lodging expenses may be partially covered from a grant from the National Science Foundation. Depending on the number of applicants, priority will be given to graduate students and then to postdocs and other young researchers (especially those presenting a short talk). However, all participants are welcome to apply.
If you want to be considered for financial support, fill out a registration form before October 16, 2021 and check the corresponding button. Make sure you fill out the room sharing information. Also, please arrange for a letter of recommendation. It can be submitted by email.
Graduate students and postdoctoral fellows are especially encouraged to apply.
- To be reimbursed for your travel, you will need first to register as a vendor. There is additional information to help you through the registration if needed located here.
- If you are not a US citizen or permanent resident, we will need to know your visa status is as there are some additional paperwork that our tax office will need.
