All the participants need to register for the workshop
at the
link. The registration is
free.
- For contributed talk/poster
presentation: register and submit your information
by February 21, 2025. You may request for a
hotel room and/or travel support when completing the
registration form.
- General registration deadline: March
25, 2025.
NOTE: If your travel cost is not covered
by your home department, your travel must be approved by
the conference organizers before you book your travel.
Due to the limited nature of our travel funds, we ask that you find the most economical
means of transportation to and from the conference. If
your department cannot fund your travel, please indicate
on your registration and submit the form by February
21, 2025.
