As with the previous workshops, the proceedings will be published in a Special Issue of IEEE Transactions on Plasma Science - scheduled for April, 2016.
The deadline for submission will be 31 July 2015.

All workshop participants are strongly encouraged to submit papers for the Special Issue. All submitted papers will all go through a standard peer-review process. The conference organizers have obtained funding to support the publication of papers by students and post-doctoral researchers and we thank the Department of Energy for their support of this activity.

Special note for student authors:
The organizers have funding to cover the publication costs for approximately eight (8) papers written by graduate students and post-doctoral researchers. Students who would like to have the publication costs supported by the workshop must do the following:
- Papers should not exceed 4 pages.
- Highest priority will be given to students who made presentations (oral or poster) at the Workshop.
- A written request must be sent to the Workshop organizers by 31 July 2015 if wish your paper to be considered for a waiver.
